The Consequences of Rarely Drink Water

     Mineral water is the most drink that we ever seen in our lives. Unfortunately, some of us are do not like to drink mineral water. They said that water is tasteless. However even that is true, drink water is really important. 

    The first consequence if we rare drink mineral water then we get tired so easily. When we feel dehydration so our body capabilities to circulate blood decreases. 

    Then, the second consequence is about digestive problems. When our body lack of fluid then the feces will become hard and then we got constipation. 

    And the last but the most danger is kidney disorders. Mineral water will help kidney to clean toxins and waste produced by the body. If we lack of mineral water so the kidney will work more hard than usually. 

    That's the reasons why we must drink mineral water minimal 8 glass per day.
